Have you attended? If you’re in Richmond, VA, it’s definitely worth going to. The meetings are great, and the laughs are too. HostICan sponsored the latest Refresh Richmond get together. We met up with some of the movers and shakers within the Richmond design community and had a chance to listen to Chris Eklund’s “elements of customer experience” speech.
